Is ImposterBox really free?

Yes! All games on ImposterBox are completely free to play. We are supported by advertising, which allows us to keep everything free for our users. There are no hidden fees, no mandatory purchases, and no paywalls blocking game content. Some optional premium features and tournament entry fees may be offered in the future, but the core gaming experience will always be free.

How do I report a bug or technical issue?

If you encounter a bug, glitch, or any technical problem, please email [email protected] with the following details: what device and browser you were using, what you were doing when the issue occurred, and a screenshot if possible. This helps our team reproduce and fix the issue faster. We take bug reports seriously and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request and remove your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your game progress, leaderboard scores, and profile information.

How do I claim tournament prizes?

Tournament winners are contacted through the Instagram handle they provided in their profile. Make sure your Instagram ID on your ImposterBox profile is accurate and up to date. After a tournament ends, we will reach out to winners within 7 business days with instructions on how to claim their prizes. If we cannot reach you within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible player.

Can I suggest a new game or feature?

Absolutely! We love hearing from our community. Send your game ideas, feature requests, or suggestions to [email protected]. While we cannot guarantee that every suggestion will be implemented, we do read every message and consider community feedback when planning new features and games. Some of our best ideas have come from player suggestions.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We take data security very seriously. We use Firebase Authentication with Google Sign-In, which means we never see or store your password. The only personal data we collect is your email address and profile photo from Google Sign-In. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell personal information to third parties. What browsers are supported?

ImposterBox works on all modern browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Opera. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome on both desktop and mobile. If you experience issues on a specific browser, please let us know so we can investigate and fix it.
