These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the general terms and conditions of your use of the
"imposter
box" web application ("Application" or "Service") and its related products and services (collectively,
"Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User," "you," or "your") and cactus ("cactus,"
"we," "us," or "our").
By accessing and using the Web Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access
or
use the Web Application and Services.
1. Accounts and Fair Play
- Account Creation:
Accounts in the Mobile Application are created using Firebase
Google
Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. When you sign in, we retrieve your email address and profile photo from your
chosen sign-in method.
- Data Collection:
No additional data is collected from you beyond the email address
and
profile photo provided by Google Sign-In.
- Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your
account
and for all activities associated with it.
- Unauthorized Use:
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use or security
breaches.
- Account Termination:
We may suspend, disable, or delete accounts that violate this
Agreement or harm our reputation. Re-registration is not allowed after account deletion for such
reasons.
- Fair Play Policy:
You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots),
hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Service. We
reserve
the right to ban users found violating this policy.
- Prevention Measures:
We reserve the right to block your email and IP address to
prevent
further access.
2. Purchases, Payments, and Ads
- Game Services & Tournaments:
The Service primarily offers mini-games, esports
tournaments, and ad-supported content. Some features, such as tournament entry fees or premium game
items
(secondary digital assets), may require purchase.
- Payment Processing:
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment
gateways
Razorpay or Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these
payment
providers.
- Payment Security:
Razorpay and Stripe handle all payment transactions, ensuring
compliance with industry-standard security protocols. We do not store or handle your payment
information.
- Refund Policy:
All purchases, including tournament entry fees and in-game items, are
final and non-refundable. Exceptions deemed necessary by law or our specific tournament rules will be
handled at our sole discretion.
- Advertising:
The Service may display advertisements facilitated by third-party ad
networks. By using the Service, you agree to the placement of such ads.
- Prohibited Activities:
Unauthorized sharing of accounts, manipulating game results
for
financial gain, or reselling premium items is strictly prohibited.
3. Changes and Amendments
- Right to Modify:
We reserve the right to update this Agreement or its terms at our
discretion.
- Notification of Changes:
Updates will be reflected by revising the effective date.
Additional notices may be provided through your contact information.
- Effectiveness:
Updated terms take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise
specified.
- Continued Use:
Continued use of the Web Application and Services after changes
signifies
your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
4. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing and using the Web Application and Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do
not
agree, you are not authorized to use the Web Application and Services.

6. Platform Features & Content
The Web Application offers various entertainment and utility features, including but not limited to:
- Coupons:
We may distribute promotional coupons or voucher codes. These coupons
satisfy
specific terms and conditions for redemption, have no cash value, and may expire without notice.
- Mini-Games & Tournaments:
Users participate in skill-based mini-games and
tournaments.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility, rules, and scoring criteria.
- Memes & ASMR:
The platform hosts entertainment content such as memes and ASMR audio.
This content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Leaderboards:
Game scores are tracked on public leaderboards. We employ anti-cheat
measures to ensure fairness.
By using these features, you agree to follow the specific rules and community guidelines associated with each
section.
7. Intellectual Property & Creator Content
- Creator Authorization:
All voice recordings, photographs, character names, and
distinct
likenesses of creators or influencers featured in our games and ASMR sections are used with explicit
permission from the respective creators. These assets are the intellectual property of the creators or
the
Company and are protected by copyright laws.
- Usage Restrictions:
You acknowledge that you have no right to extract, reuse,
modify, or
distribute these voice assets, photos, or character designs for any purpose outside of playing the game
within our Service. Unauthorized use of creator assets is a violation of intellectual property rights.
- Platform Rights:
We reserve the right to disqualify users or remove scores from
leaderboards if we suspect cheating, glitching, or unfair play. We also reserve the right to modify game
rules, adjust tournament parameters, or update listed items at our discretion to maintain quality and
fairness.
8. User-Generated Content and Leaderboards
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display any content you submit (such as
profile
names, photos, and high scores) in connection with the Service (e.g., on public leaderboards).
- Prohibited Content & Impersonation: You agree that your profile name and photo will not
contain offensive, obscene, or illegal material. You are strictly prohibited from using the name, photo,
or
persona of a celebrity, public figure, or any person other than yourself unless you are the authorized
owner. We reserve the right to reset profiles or ban users found engaging in impersonation.
- Verification & Prizes: To qualify for tournament prizes or top leaderboard positions,
you
may be required to provide a valid Instagram ID or other contact method. Failure to provide accurate
contact
information may result in forfeiture of prizes.
- Limited Data Collection: When you provide a social media ID (e.g., Instagram), we only
collect the text handle you provide. We do not have access to your account accounts, passwords, or
private
messages.
- Meme Creation & Social Sharing Liability:
The Service allows you to create or edit
content (e.g., memes). You are solely responsible for any content you create and share. We are
NOT
liable for any disputes, conflicts, or damages arising from you creating or sharing content
featuring your friends, family, or third parties. You agree to obtain necessary permission before using
someone else's photo or name in a meme. We are not responsible for "pranks gone wrong" or any social
consequences of your actions.
9. Service Availability & Limitations
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware,
software,
or other problems resulting in service interruptions, delays, or errors.
- We are not liable for any loss of game data, tournament progress, or potential winnings caused by
technical
issues, internet connectivity problems, or maintenance updates.
10. Virtual Items & Currency
- Any virtual currency, points, or items acquired in the game have no real-world monetary value and cannot
be
exchanged for legal tender or real currency.
- We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate virtual items at our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect,
punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for
loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of,
or
inability to use, the Service.
